Disability Rights California - For more than 40 years, DRC has worked to advance the rights of Californians with disabilities in education, employment, housing, independence, health, and safety, and has grown into the largest disability rights organization in the nation.
Council of Parent and Attorney Advocates (COPAA) - COPAA supports individuals with disabilities, their parents and advocates, in attempts to safeguard the civil rights guaranteed to those individuals under federal laws.
Autistic Self-Advocacy Network (ASAN) - ASAN works to make our society more inclusive for autistic people. We work to make sure that autistic people are in control in our own lives, and have a say in policies that affect us. We work to protect disability rights and civil rights. We celebrate and promote autistic community and culture.
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)- Making effective communication, a human right, accessible and achievable for all. We are a dynamic community of audiologists, speech-language pathologists, scientists, assistants, and other affiliated professionals, dedicated to transforming lives. Through partnership and collaboration, we advance science, foster excellence in education and professional practice, establish standards, and advocate for accessible and quality care for all.
Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD) - CHADD empowers people affected by ADHD by providing evidence-based information; supporting individuals, their families, and professionals who assist them throughout their journeys; and advocating for equity, inclusion, and universal rights.
